October 1 is set to be a big day for Destiny 2, as this is when the Shadowkeep expansion will launch alongside New Light, and now Bungie has shared a roadmap of content, showing what's coming free to all players, as well as what's included for the Shadowkeep expansion and Season of the Undying:

Destiny 2

As you can see, there's a lot packed in there, spread across the winter to keep fans entertained as the base game goes free-to-play as well. We're also assured that we'll be updated on content week by week as well, so don't worry about remembering all this right now.

Other changes are also coming with Shadowkeep, as you can see here. Minor enemies no longer take more precision damage than other enemies, for example, and weapon mods will be reusable unlocks rather than consumables. On top of that, a load of weapons are getting increased PvE damage as well, and certain Exotics are also getting buffed.

Will you be playing Destiny 2 on October 1?
