Side-scrolling horror survival game Deadlight is getting "improved graphics and a host of new content" according to developer Tequila Works.

The game was originally released for Xbox 360 and PC in 2012, and now it's set to make a comeback on the current generation of consoles. Deep Silver has agreed to give the game another go with a Director's Cut edition, which will release for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on March 22. You can read our review of the game from back in 2012 to see what we thought of it.

This news comes in the same week that Tequila Works announced that it had recovered the rights to Rime from Sony, a reveal that has since seen the game become embroiled in rumours and speculation.
