Airship Syndicate and THQ Nordic are bringing the Darksiders franchise back later this year with a new game called Darksiders Genesis, swapping the third-person perspective for top-down using Strife, and now we know of two new editions coming for the game.
The Nephilim Edition is the top of the range, costing £349.99 (€379.99, $379.99 USD), and includes the game itself, as well as the official board game called The Forbidden Land, pictured below. What's more is this also features a figure of Strife, a steelbook, an artbook, a soundtrack, and a sticker sheet, and you can see a trailer for this edition below.
The Collector's Edition, however, costs £109.99 (€119.99, $119.99) for console users, with a price of £99.99 for those on PC (€109.99, $109.99). This includes the game, a Strife figure, the steelbook, an artbook, a soundtrack, and a sticker sheet, and again a trailer can be seen down below.
We heard at E3 that the team "had a little more fun with Strife" this time around, and if you're interested in Genesis you should definitely check out the gameplay that we recorded in LA, showing the new gameplay style. We've even got hands-on impressions for you.
Will you get either of these editions?
