Darkest Dungeon: Crimson Court is pushed back a little
April release now planned for upcoming expansion.
When Red Hook Studios revealed Darkest Dungeon's Crimson Court expansion they hoped it would launch early this year. Well, that's not happening after all.
They've announced that its launch has been pushed back into April, due to their work on the upcoming Radiant Mode. The mode, which is supposed to shorten the game's length by implementing a few quality of life changes, will also get a few extra features. One of these is new monster added to each region for Champion Dungeons. Obviously this has taken some extra time, which is why they've decided to delay the expansion.
Radiant Mode will come to PC early next month, with the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita versions getting it shortly after. We can as usual expect a public beta of the update before its official release.
