Dark Souls III confirmed for 2016 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One

From Software's latest showcased during Microsoft press conference. Check out the first images and artwork within.

The rumours proved true: Dark Souls III is coming, as Microsoft debuted the first trailer for the game at its E3 press conference.

The game's due in early 2016 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, and is once again
directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki.

A newly distrbuted press release for the announcement states that the game will offer the "trademark sword and sorcery combat and rewarding action RPG gameplay. Players will travel across a wide variety of locations in an interconnected world of unrelenting challenge and deep RPG gameplay as they search for a way to survive the coming apocalypse."
