Many gamers were disappointed when Three Fields Entertainment announced their game Danger Zone (inspired by Burnout's Crash Mode) without revealing an Xbox One version, with the developers saying that they had no plans to bring the game over to Microsoft's console, as they had to prioritise other platforms because of their size and budget. It's been three months since the game launched on PC and PS4 now, and it would seem that it's sold well enough to increase their budget.

Three Fields Entertainment has announced that Danger Zone will be released on Xbox One later this autumn, and it won't just be a port either, as this version will include twelve new levels, three new cars, and native 4K support on the Xbox One X.

We hope that the new levels take us to some new environments, as the lack of variety was one of the complaints in our review. Do you agree? Should Xbox One players buy it?

"You can always go back and try for higher scores, but more scenarios would have been welcome."
