The 2023 PUBG Global Championship is in the books. After a competitive couple of weeks, we now have a victor to report on, as the grand finals are also over, meaning following teams competing in 18 games over a three day period, one team stands above the rest.
And for 2023, that honour has gone to Danawa e-sports, who has claimed the top spot in the tournament, after beating out 17 Gaming and Twisted Minds, who came in second and third, respectively.
This result has not only seen Danawa being dubbed the team to beat heading into 2024, but it has also seen the team heading home with $600,000 of the total $2 million prize pool, with Danawa's Cho "seoul" Gi-yeol getting a further $10,000 for his MVP performance.
