It won't surprise you to hear that CD Projekt Red is currently showing off Cyberpunk 2077 at Gamescom in Cologne, since it's one of the biggest upcoming titles, but the developer has also announced that fans at home can expect some new footage soon as well, which is actually a 15-minute edit of what's being shown behind closed doors at the event.

This will be featured as part of a stream on Mixer and Twitch, where we'll also hear from developers about what we've seen, including details on the Pacifica district of Night City and play styles you can choose from in the RPG.

UK head of communications Hollie Bennett will host the show, and after that more gameplay will be showcased at PAX West, although there's a change of plans, as the developer panel will be streamed from Warsaw rather than on-site (the cosplay contest is still going ahead).

"There are many logistical (and some creative) reasons behind this decision, but the most important thing we want to say is that we're sorry for the change of plans. We know that many of you waited to meet us face to face in Seattle and it bums us out that we won't be able to see each other there," CDPR explains.

This stream will take place on August 30 at 19:00 BST (20:00 CEST), so there's not long to wait until we can learn more. What do you want to see?
