Petroglyph and Funcom's Conan Unconquered is coming out on May 30, but before that release date rolls around we have another trailer showing the co-op multiplayer and challenge mode, since the team's challenge was making a game that worked just as well with others as it did solo.
"We're trying to make it as cooperative an experience as possible," explains Executive Producer Ted Morris.
"Where the challenge comes in, is in trying to coordinate the fight with more challenging mobs," adds Senior Game Designer Patrick Pannullo. This doesn't just mean more enemies though, as it also changes where the attacks come from and what type of enemies come at you.
As for challenge mode, this lets you create and share a link with the same map, settings, and feats, letting you challenge your friends to beat a score under the same circumstances. Each link will then come with its own leaderboard, so you can compare.
You can check out the new trailer below, and those who are interested in playing with a buddy can take a gander at this 20-minute gameplay video too.
Will you be getting this on release?
