Despite being one of the biggest and most well-known esports organisations in the world, Cloud9 has not had much of a presence in the world of Rocket League esports for a long time. The team departed the scene back in 2020, and since then has not been a part of it. Until now.

Cloud9 has returned to Rocket League, by signing a new roster who will be competing in the Rocket League Championship Series going forward. The team is made up of three players and a coach, and as for who these are, the team includes:

  • Kadin "Zineel" Zineelabidine

  • Oliver Kenneth "percy." Ortiz

  • Hunter "LionBlaze" Woitas

  • Didi "Didi" Eragoda as a coach

The team was formerly the roster known as Omelette, one of the higher ranked teams in the North American division of the RLCS.
