Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon revealed via his personal Twitter account that Sub-Zero fans will receive a little surprise in the next free update - the Klassic Sub-Zero skin (though not the actual original Sub-Zero skin, but the one used in Mortal Kombat III).
The update's release is still unknown.
In another Tweet, a player asked if Netherrealm Studios will unlock the story characters that have not yet been released, like Rain and Kabal. Ed Bood only replied: "You mean something like a 'Story Pack'?", suggesting that a new DLC pack was on its way.
