Check out the epic new trailer for The Mandalorian

The new series is set to launch on Disney+ next month, and this second trailer gives us a good look at what we can expect to see.

The Mandalorian is a new TV show that's set to debut alongside a streaming service called Disney+, which launches in North America on November 12 (we don't have a European release date as yet), and a new trailer has left us eager to see more thanks to some slick visual effects and what looks like an interesting space western-style narrative set in A Galaxy Far, Far Away.

The titular Mandalorian bounty hunter is not to be confused with the similar-looking Boba Fett (nor his dad, Jango); they wear similar armour but this new character has his own adventures "in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic," according to showrunner Jon Favreau.

As you will no doubt surmise from the trailer, this new bounty hunter's story draws on Wild West tropes, with the action taking place five years after the fall of the Empire (as fans will remember from Return of the Jedi), and a good few years before the First Order started running amok.
