Cassandra arriving into Soul Calibur VI today

This past weekend we also got details about the second season of content as well, featuring Haohmaru from Samurai Shodown.

This past weekend was a big one for fans of fighting games, as the Evo event took place to bring together the best players from around the world, but on top of that there were also announcements too, like the unveiling of a new trailer for Cassandra, a fighter arriving in Soul Calibur VI today.

You can watch that trailer down below, and she arrives with new weapons and a new story mission. Cassandra actually rounds off the first season of content for the game's Season Pass, although Evo also gave Bandai Namco the chance to look ahead to Season 2 as well.

As you can see in the other trailer below, Samurai Shodown's Haohmaru will be crossing over into Soul Calibur VI as part of the next season, continuing the game's legacy of bringing other franchises into the mix, like Nier: Automata's 2B and Geralt from The Witcher.
