Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0's DMZ mode is getting a pro tournament next week

It'll see 16 teams of three competing for a share of $30,000.

Activision has announced that it will be hosting a dedicated tournament for Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0's DMZ mode. It will be known as the DMZ Gauntlet and will be held as soon as next week.

As for the format, we're told that it will see 16 teams of three competing in an array of challenges in DMZ, all in the hunt for a share of a $30,000 prize pool. The finer details - including players and the types of challenges they'll be expected to complete - are unclear at the current time.
