Activision has announced the prize pool for the Call of Duty Championship Weekend this year, and this event will actually feature one of the largest prize pools in Call of Duty esports history.

We're told in a tweet that the event will see $2.3 million on the line, with the best Call of Duty League teams from around the world looking to compete and net the biggest share of it when the tournament is held at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, between June 15-18.

Ahead of the CDL Championship however, the final Major in the 2023 season will take place, with that being set for this coming weekend and being hosted by the Toronto Ultra.
