Sony London Studio's VR game Blood & Truth made a big splash when it released in May, as it became the first VR game to top the UK physical charts, and if you have yet to play it, Sony has even more good news for you on the PlayStation Blog.

This is because a demo is being released today for the game, available from the PlayStation Store, letting players use Move controllers or their DualShock 4 with a headset to try the first mission out. Considering this involves a rooftop shootout and a car chase, this should give you enough of a taste of the experience to decide if you're interested.

What's more is a new update for the full game is landing on July 25, including some post-game extras, although details are being kept close to the chest.

Back at Gamelab in June we heard that Sony London Studio is pushing VR in "new and exciting ways", so we can expect plenty more exciting things from them as time goes by.

Is this your chance to try Blood & Truth?
