Last week saw the release of neon coloured Far Cry 3 expansion/spin-off Blood Dragon - and now it seems creative director Dean Evans is in talks with Ubisoft about making a sequel.

It was actor Michael Biehn (who voices Rex Colt in the game) who let slipp on Major Nelson's podcast that something more might be coming:

"Dean called me last night, he was pretty jacked up. He was going into a meeting today to, you know, I think he wants to turn it into some sort of franchise. He's got a sequel in mind", said Biehn.

Evans, however, took to Twitter to difuse the rumours saying he'd also talked to people about his desire to make a sequel for Technocop. So yeah, there could very well be a Blood Dragon 2 at some point, but nothing outside of hopes and desires at this point.
