Invincible / Season 4

Invincible / Season 4 🇸🇪

Written by Petter on the 23rd of March 2025 at 10:52

I'm very much looking forward to more, towards season four of Amazon Prime's Invincible. This despite the fact that I have now read everything, read through the rub. At the end of the recently released season three, Conquest appeared and it's starting to get closer to galaxy wars soon, which is going to be fantastic. I want more Battle Beast of course, I want Nolan to go back to Earth again and I want to see Thragg in place, with his amazing moustache. I hope-hope-hope that the rumor is true about who lends the voice to him... Ron Pearlman. That would be perfect. If it's Jon Bernthal, I'll roar with anger.

F1 2025 Chinese Grand Prix 🇸🇪

Written by Petter on the 22nd of March 2025 at 14:32

Tomorrow it's time for the Formula 1 2025 Chinese Grand Prix and after skipping most of the Formula 1 races the last two years, I'm now starting to fall back into it, again. Partly because Red Bull has stopped dominating everything and all laps/races/qualifying and partly because I'm super curious to see more of Hammy in a Ferrari. So how do I predict that it will end tomorrow? McLaren will dominate the China circuit, too. Their car is demonstrably the best (by a margin) and both drivers are brilliant, which means that I tip Piastri as first and Lando as second. I was going to predict Max on bronze but think their car will mess up so I coup Georgie in third. What am I hoping for? Lewis as number one, of course. Lando as runner-up, how do you think it will end?

Five million kronor for a mold!

Five million kronor for a mold! 🇸🇪

Written by Petter on the 22nd of March 2025 at 14:21

Today I am completely uninterested in BMW's cars. Unfortunately. I have zero plans to get the new M3, M4, M2 or hybrid M5... And chose Alfa's equivalent instead of the new M3, there last autumn. But if I were to buy a new BMW (M-car) I would already on the day the papers were signed order a body kit from American Adro which I think does incredibly nice stuff that restores BMW's today disgusting performance cars to a design that feels worthy of the emblem. Now they have also shown off their kit for the new M2 (which is so ugly in its original design that it feels like a bad April Fool's joke) and it is very, very successful from a design perspective. PVC plastic as well, which is brilliant and 1000 times more sensible than the fiberglass junk that most styling manufacturers insist on. The molds are not free, unfortunately. Five million kronor for a single mold, Adro announces in his latest video. Insane. Go!

"Ex-Mercedes designer Davis has given the BMW G87 M2 a striking makeover, pushing its aesthetics to new heights. His redesign features a sleeker front end, more defined body lines, and a sportier rear that amplifies the M2's bold character. The transformation preserves the car's performance essence while injecting a fresh dose of visual aggression and sophistication."

UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs Brady

UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs Brady 🇸🇪

Written by Petter on the 22nd of March 2025 at 14:11

Only three (scant) hours remain until the starting signal for UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs Brady, in London. My good friend Perra (UFC photographer) is there and reports live that many people with wooden teeth have sat down, already. At 20:00 the main card is suspected to kick off and there are two maches there that I'm really excited about. Here are my guesses about how it ends.

Leon Edwards vs Sean Brady

If Leon looks like he did against Belal Muhammad, he will of course lose, again. Brady will crush him. So I hope he looks like he did to, for example, Colby. I think that will be the case, I think his razor-sharp striking and improved takedown defense will be crucial and I predict that he will beat Brady via decision.

Jan Błachowicz vs Carlos Ulberg

I really hope // hope that Ulberg wins this, preferably via knockout. Clubs JB hard, early. Like he did to Menfield. Do I think so? No, I think Janne will win tonight. He went even-steven against Ankalaev and is too experienced / versatile to lose here, or step into any traps. I tip Janne-B-Good® via ruling.

Lewis won the Sprint (!)

Lewis won the Sprint (!) 🇸🇪

Wowza, how impressive he is, when he really wants to. Lewis Hamilton won the Sprint race in China and did it with flying colors. Grabbed the start, held off Torpedo-Max and won by a margin. He saved the tires, persevered and drove like the seven-time champion he is. Then Ferrari tinkered a bit with the car and made it worse, which was clearly noticeable in qualifying for tomorrow. Strange, dizzy, boring. A bit strange is what happens to Liam Lawson's part. What on earth is the guy doing? He drives worse than Mazespin and seems to subscribe to last place.
