BLAST.tv has partnered up with three different spirits

Very soon, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will be hosting its last-ever Major, when the Paris Major is held in May. As we lead up to that monumental moment, the organising body, BLAST.tv has announced that it has teamed up with three spirits brands, with each making their esports debut at the event.

It is Absolut Vodka, Ballantine's Scotch whisky, and Jameson Irish Whiskey who have teamed up with BLAST for the tournament, with each three brands sponsoring portions of the broadcast and collaborating on stories and behind-the-scenes content for fans to enjoy.

Oliver Clarke, commercial director at BLAST, stated: "We are delighted to have Absolut, Ballantine's and Jameson onboard for the BLAST.tv Paris Major, their first large-scale, collective esports partnership. We look forward to working together to deliver unique content, digital integrations and activations to the global gaming community at one of the world's most revered and popular esports events."

The Paris Major will feature a $1.25 million prize pool and will be held at the Accor Arena in the city between May 8 and 21.
