BLAST Premier is going to the US this year

BLAST Premier has announced the host location for the Spring Finals tournament. This event will be taking competitive Counter-Strike: Global Offensive to the United States, for a Major, which will be held in Washington D.C.

As noted in a blog post, we're told that the tournament will be the first time that BLAST has hosted an event in the US since July 2019, and that this upcoming event will be held between June 7-11 at the Entertainment & Sports Arena in the city.

It will also boast a $425,000 prize pool, feature eight teams (who will be determined via qualifiers over the next few weeks and months), and will see the winner earning a slot in the end of year World Final tournament.
