It's been three months since PC and Xbox players experienced the unrelenting terror of the Black Hills forest, but now PlayStation 4 owners can join in too after Blair Witch launched on the PlayStation Network for £24.99.
Named after the sensational indie film The Blair Witch Project, Bloober Team puts you in the role of Ellis, a troubled cop with a dark past along with his trusty canine Bullet, as they try to find a young boy that's gone missing in those iconic, dementedly twisted woods.
If you've got a PS4 Pro you can experience these horrors in 4K thanks to various enchantments made by Bloober Team. As noted though, you do have company in the form of Bullet, who has learnt a few new tricks thanks to the aptly named 'Good Boy Pack', which features new dog skins and better animations for the beloved pooch, along with some new mobile phone games and wallpapers. This pack is also available on Steam and the Xbox One/ Game Pass as well.
We gave Blair Witch an 8/10 in our review, calling it a "treat for not only Blair Witch fans but horror enthusiasts as well" thanks to the detailed and effective environments, subtle scares, and unnerving moments.
Will you go down to the woods today on PlayStation?
