We already know that Bioware is working on a new Dragon Age, as confirmation came last November when Bioware's general manager Casey Hudson published a blog post on studio's official website stating that the team had already started discussing the possibility of a new entry, and at the Game Awards the studio showed a short teaser trailer for Dragon Age 4, which officially confirmed the new chapter.
While we're still waiting for more details, it turns out that Bioware Edmonton has job listings that suggest some clues about the new game, including a multiplayer experience being built into things. This clue comes from the fact that the studio is currently looking for a Technical Director who has previous experience in the development of multiplayer games.
The other jobs are for a Lead Graphics Programmer to work on Frostbite Engine, which is probably the engine that will power the new Dragon Age game, and for a Lead Technical UX Designer.
At the moment, Bioware hasn't provided any information or details about the game, although we know that Dragon Age 4 is still in the early stages of development, so it's highly unlikely that we will see the game on the current generation.
How would you like to see multiplayer manifest itself in this game?
Thanks, GearNuke.
