Nicalis and Edmund McMillen have revealed that the EU edition of The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ on Nintendo Switch will include extra content "almost identical" to the launch edition in the US.
This announcement also came with the following message: "We have been quiet for way too long. Players gave us hell for it. And we deserved the beating - it's just that we didn't want to communicate again until everything is 100% confirmed."
A release date was also provided in the announcement, this being September 7 this year, when EU players can get the physical version of the game, including a retro-style manual and two sticker sheets.
The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ on PS4 and Cave Story+ for Switch will now be revisited again, but we have no details about this yet. Was this announcement worth the wait though?
