Well, that was fast. After just one week and two games in the EU LCS, Origen has announced that they're dropping Konstantinos "Forg1ven" Tzortziou from their starting line-up.

The announcement says that Forg1ven is being benched due to a lack of motivation on his part. The greek AD Carry player signed on with the team just a few weeks ago, replacing Origen's original ADC, Zven, who was traded to G2 Esports.

In a post on Facebook, Forg1ven writes that he's taking an indefinite break from professional League of Legends. His heart is not in the game anymore, seems to be the main takeaway from the post.

"I didn't left Origen on bad terms nor i major clashed with someone from the team," Forg1ven writes. "They will have more chances of qualifying for Worlds with a younger player that is hungry to play and do stuff than someone who hasn't mentally recovered from previous spring's losses and lacks motivation."

The move leaves Origen without a dedicated AD Carry player. While the team hunts for a replacement for Forg1ven, team owner and founder Enrique "xPeke" Cedeño Martínez will fill out the AD Carry role. xPeke has mainly played the midlane position throughout his career, with a brief stint in the top lane during his first season with Fnatic. In other words, it's safe to say that he'll be playing outside of his comfort zone.

Origen's next match is tomorrow at 17:00 CEST, where they're facing Vitality Gaming. They'll play Schalke 04 on Friday. So far Origen is 0-2 in this split.
