There's three new content packs available for Batman: Arkham Origins. The Infinite Earths Skins Pack (£3.99 on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC - £3.19 on Wii U) includes six new character skins pulled from the comics. Earth 2 Dark Knight, Long Halloween Batman, Batman: Dark Knight of the Round Table, Thrillkiller Batman, Earth 2 Batman and Classic Tim Drake Robin (the last of which is only available on multiplayer modes, except for on Wii U) will be available in challenge maps, for second runs through the campaign, and in multiplayer for those who've reached the dizzy heights of level 2.

The Black Mask Challenge Pack (£1.59 on all formats) features two new challenge maps: Lot Full and Hidden Facility. The Online Supply Drop #1 (£2.39 on XBL, PSN and PC) includes two additional clothing items "with game enhancing features for Bane and The Joker, the Sawn-Off Shotgun, and extra weapon progression bonuses and skins."

Future story DLC has also been detailed recently. Ames Kirshen, VP of WB Games, told IGN that the next major piece of content will be the Initiation DLC, saying that it's to be a "new kind of challenge map pack that's got a little bit of a narrative to it." According to the site the content will "chronicle a young Bruce Wayne's trials and tribulations at a monastery full of ninja."

REVIEW. Written by Rasmus Lund-Hansen

"Let's be clear: we like Arkham Origins. But in the twin shadows of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, it's hard not to view the game as a disappointment."
