Sony and Gran Turismo have partnered with the Ayrton Senna Institute for a longterm partnership that will see the legendary F1 driver in Gran Turismo 6. This was announced yesterday at a joint press conference at Brazil Game Show where Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi and Viviane Senna (sister of Ayrton and president of the institute) attended.

No great detail as to what the Ayrton Senna content will entail has been released other than this brief description:

"As part of this collaboration, Gran Turismo 6 (coming December 6th) will feature the legendary Brazilian racing driver Ayrton Senna through online updates, enabling players to trace the roots of his racing career."
