Nintendo's Indie World Showcase stream had a lot to show off yesterday, and one of the announcements was Axiom Verge 2, with Thomas Happ Games delivering a sequel to the acclaimed Metroidvania title.
We only know about a Nintendo Switch version for now, but the game page gives us a few more details (barely), including the fact that it "expands on the universe with completely new characters, abilities, and gameplay".
It's listed as coming in 2020, and the trailer itself tells us we're not in control, showing us a brief glimpse into the gameplay as well.
There's a lot we don't know about the title, but the announcement will no doubt get Axiom Verge fans excited.
Are you ready for more Axiom Verge?
