Apex Legends is getting some major map changes next week

New trailers land for Respawn's battle royale shooter, and the times they are a changing.

Big map changes and new legends are heading to Respawn's battle royale shooter, after the studio unveiled two new trailers that hint at what's to come when the game's second season begins next week, on July 2.

As you can see in the trailers below, we see a little tease for Crypto, the character that many people think will join the game after the next legend to be introduced, Wattson (who also features prominently in both trailers along with her tech-centric traps and tricks).

There are some potentially game-changing additions coming to the map too, with the local wildlife factoring into things after an EMP was set off in Kings Canyon. If you've been playing the game since it landed earlier this year then no doubt you'll be looking forward to the refresh.

Check out both trailers below and let us know if you'll be heading back to Apex Legends next week.

REVIEW. Written by Mike Holmes

"The mix of weapons, the revive mechanic, the excellent design of the map, the fluidity of the controls, and the stellar gunplay all combine to make a slick first-person experience."
