Blizzard's MOBA Heroes of the Storm was upgraded to version 2.0 a few weeks ago and, in fact, the game is already two years old. Originally launched in early June 2015, the game has gone through many different changes and Blizzard has kept the content flow alive by bringing in new changes, heroes, and battlegrounds to the Nexus. For their second anniversary they've kept this trend going, as they've prepared a minor party event that rewards players with additional loot crate and exclusive content.
In the time between May 30 and June 12 we'll be getting one loot crate per day for completing a single match, and if we complete at least three games during this event we get a special portrait, spray, and banner celebrating the second year of Heroes of the Storm.
It's not quite the same scope as Overwatch's anniversary event, but does this mean you'll be sinking more hours into Heroes of the Storm?
