An actual bulletproof suit exists

While it has always seemed a bit far-fetched in the John Wick movies, it turns out that an actual bulletproof suit exists. Hacksmith has made a suit that resembles the suit from John Wick: Chapter 2, and this one can protect the wearer from 357 Magnum, 45 ACP FM, 9mm FM rounds, and even 12 gauge Ioz rifled slugs.

While the suit hasn't been certified at an NIJ level, and is actually not for sale to the public, Hacksmith has revealed that the suit uses layers of Kevlar and DYNEEMA composites to deliver on maximum flexibility and comfort, while still being able to stop an array of bullets.

Assuming this suit was on the market, Hacksmith has revealed that it would set you back around £80,000. Either way, the future of body armour is clearly here.
