The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) will recognise former Naughty Dog game director and writer Amy Hennig with a special award next month. She will be given the special award for her achievements in story telling and "outstanding contribution" to video games.
Two years ago now Hennig left Naughty Dog, during development on Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. Today she is creative lead at Dead Space developer Visceral Games working on a game set in the Star Wars universe. Prior to working on Uncharted, she did work on the Jak & Daxter series, and at Crystal Dynamics where she primarily worked on the Legacy of Kain series.
