Age of Empires II first released all the way back in 1999, so what better time to release a Definitive Edition of the game than on its 20th anniversary? That's what might be happening, as an ESRB rating for this version has been spotted online, rated T for Teen.
We've already had a Definitive Edition of the first game, and so it makes sense that this would follow, reintroducing players to the RTS game to build their forces and conquer all opposition. The ESRB rating explains that we get to control factions from the Dark Age to the Imperial Age, and as for what makes it a T-rated title, there is violence from warfare, as well as the odd bit of profanity.
