505 Games has announced it'll be partnering with developer Three One Zero to publish the team's science fiction title Adrift when it releases next year - mid-2015 - on PC and console (exact formats haven't been mentioned).
The first-person adventure, which features Oculus Rift support, plays out similarly to the award-winning Gravity. As with that film, Adrift finds you alone on a decaying space station seeking out oxygen and a way to escape to survive.
Three One Zero is headed by founders Adam Orth (creative) and Omar Aziz (technology). Adam Orth, you may well remember, was Microsoft's Creative Director who left the company last year after his Twitter response to complaints about the planned 'always-on' nature of Xbox One - and he's said previously Adrift is based on that experience.
