Cyberpunk 2077

A third of the Cyberpunk 2077 PC pre-orders are on GOG

CD Projekt's platform has proven popular with fans, and they get 100% of the money with these purchases.

With the Epic Games Store and Steam battling out in the PC space, one might assume that there isn't a whole lot of space for other digital platforms on PC, but it turns out that one big competitor - GOG - is proving rather popular, especially with its own games.

Just recently CD Projekt Red revealed on Twitter that 33% of pre-orders for the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 on PC have been made on GOG. Of course GOG is owned by CD Projekt, so that's a good result for them, especially since 100% of the money goes to them too.

We spoke with Cyberpunk 2077's lead quest designer Paweł Sasko at E3 this year about the game, and we should definitely bring the tissues, as he assures us that they're "going to make you cry" with this game.
