A new Sega All-Stars Racing?

Sonic Stadium reports that Sumo Digital are working on a sequel/remix of the well received Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing (2010). The information came Sonic Stadium's way through a tipster who had been in contact with Sumo Digital. Given that all three platforms mentioned have touchscreens and did not get treated to the game the first time around it makes sense with some kind of expanded remix hitting these platforms.

It remains to be seen if the rumour is true.
