We've previously reported on the fact that German adventure game specialists Daedalic Entertainment have licensed Ken Follett's classic Pillars of the Earth for a video game adaptation. And now they've released a first look video where you get to see some of the opening scenes of the game play out.
The game that is based on the novel offers players the perspectives of young noble called Aliena, Jack the ambitious architect and Philip, a monk.
The game will see release on PC, Mac, Linux, PS4, Xbox One and mobile devices in 2017 alongside the third novel in the Kingsbridge series.
We'd also like to remind you of an interview we conducted with Mathias Kempke earlier this year on the project.
