PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is breaking records left and right, even achieving the coveted position of being the most-played game on Steam, but now we know another interesting fact about the game, as according to Steam Spy, the success of PUBG and the decline of other popular shooters are linked.
55% of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds players, for instance, also own Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, but they play it less nowadays because of PUBG. Other games affected by this same migration phenomenon are H1Z1: King of the Kill, Payday 2, and Left 4 Dead.
Another bit of interesting news is that people in USA, China, and Germany make up the majority of players of PUBG. Did you move from another game to PUBG?
Thanks, VG247.
