2023 Fortnite Championship Series will have a $10 million prize pool

Epic Games has announced a variety of details and information relating to the 2023 Fortnite Championship Series. The developer has announced that the FNCS will return on February 2, 2023, and to add to this, has announced that the whole 2023 season will boast a $10 million total prize pool.

Otherwise, there will be a few format changes including the addition of FNCS Majors, with the first planned for March 2023. This will see the top 40 duos from the weeks leading up to the Major in attendance, where they will be fighting for $2 million from the annual prize pool and a spot in the Global Championship at the end of the year.

The FNCS Global Championship has also been announced and will be held in Denmark for 2023. The tournament will boast a $4 million prize pool, and will see 75 of the best duos from around the world travelling to the country for an in-person blowout event.
