The Los Angeles-based esports organisation 100 Thieves has added another partner to its growing family, the energy drink brand Rockstar Energy. Rockstar joins 100T as an official partner, following its product placement in the Superbowl commercial that starred 100T founder Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag.
The tweet announcing the partnership reads, "Sometimes you have to learn the hard way: never bet against the boss. Welcome @rockstarenergy to the 100 Thieves family!"
This partnership comes shortly after the Los Angeles Thieves (100T's Call of Duty League team) added both Mountain Dew Game Fuel and Dollar Shave Club as partners. As 100T is rapidly becoming a larger and larger esports brand, it will be interesting to see whether more partners are added as time goes on.
