100 Thieves benches Meteos and Ssumday for Rift Rivals

Levi and Brandini get the call-up.

North American League of Legends team 100 Thieves (who compete in the North American League of Legends Championship Series, or NA LCS) has taken to Twitter to announce that Đỗ 'Levi' Duy Khánh and Brandon 'Brandini' Chen will be replacing William 'Meteos' Hartman and Kim 'Ssumday' Chan-ho at the Rift Rivals tournament.

Both Meteos and Ssumday will therefore be on the bench for July's competition, and this decision gives a chance for the Academy players to shine as they take on other top teams from NA and Europe.

"Both players have shown immense dedication to the game and to the team. We can't wait to see them play at this special international event next week," the announcement reads.

Do you think both can perform well?
