Square Enix makes Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix official

Square Enix are ever so slowly and gently maneuvering towards Kingdom Hearts III (remember the team wants to complete Final Fantasy XV before they throw themselves fully at Kingdom Hearts III), but in the meantime we're getting another HD re-release of older titles.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix contains the Final Mix version of PS2 release Kingdom Hearts II and PSP release Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep as well as the theatrical cutscenes from the Nintendo DS title Kingdom Hearts Re:coded.

The rerelease is coming out exclusively on PlayStation 3 next year.
