Rapper Daz Dillinger has called out Rockstar over two of his songs that he claims were featured in the soundtrack to Grand Theft Auto V.

According to Dillinger, he refused Rockstar's "offensively low offer of $4,271.00 for both songs", but the studio went ahead an included them without his permission.

According to a report on TMZ, "Nothin' But the Cavi Hit" and "C-Walk" are both included in the soundtrack, and unless Rockstar comes back with a better offer, Dillinger wants the studio to recall all unsold copies of the game and destroy them. It's about ""respecting an artist's work. Rockstar didn't do that here and I can't let them get away with it," the rapper told the site.

According to TMZ, Dillinger and his legal representation have given Rockstar 14 days to "comply with their demands.. or strike a deal".
