Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag

Ubisoft clarifies Black Flag release dates

PS3 and Xbox 360 versions arrive on November 1. The rest are due on November 22. Plus, there is a new trailer inside.

Ubisoft have announced that it will only be the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag that will see launch on November 1. The other versions will arrive on November 22.

"The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions will be available on November 1st. Versions for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Wii U will be available on November 22nd," reads the press release. We assume this means you'll be able to pick up the PS4 version a week ahead of the European console launch.

The trailer is titled "The Pirate Heist" and features some of the colourful characters you'll encounter in the Caribbean.
