Microsoft has dropped a few new details on the upcoming Anniversary edition of Halo: Combat Evolved at the New York Comic Con this past weekend.
Info included Kinect integration, which alongside voice commands to switch between classic and HDA visuals, throw grenades and reload, there'll be an Analyse Mode letting you scan items of interest in the campaign, which will be compiled into an interactive Library detailing Halo lore, which can be navigated with gesture controls.
The game's multiplayer is getting a revamped version of classic map Hang 'Em High - relabelled High Noon - and recommended for four to twelve players.
Additionally to this Halo Waypoint, the Xbox 360 Dashboard section for all things related to the franchise will be getting an overhaul with a new interface and features, and 343 Industries is implementing player-created Custom Challenges for both Halo HD and Reach.
The publisher will also release the Halo Waypoint ATLAS App for Windows Mobile this winter, which will allow players to monitor a real-time top-down map of multiplayer matches to monitor movements and positions.
