A new trailer has landed for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, which shows Stefanie Joosten preparing for her role as Quiet in the next instalment in the long-running series. The trailer shows 3D scan and motion capture technology in action, and briefly demonstrates how this technology is being used to bring the character to life.
Recent comments made by series creator Hideo Kojima about making the character more "erotic" (although he later clarified that he meant "sexy") have been met with a mixed response from around the industry. Yesterday in L.A., Kojima told press (quotes via Polygon): "What I'm really trying to do is create unique characters. One of those is, of course, Quiet. She's a really unique character, I wanted to add that sexiness to her. It wasn't really supposed to be erotic, but sexy."
