EA have announced that FIFA 12 managed to sell through an impressive 3.2 million copies at retail in less than week across all platforms. The number is 23 per cent higher than last year's FIFA 11 numbers and the game is on track to outperform the previous best in the series.

Meanwhile, FIFA has registered 879,000 sales on iOS platforms. Another impressive feat to add to EA Sports' growing list of accomplishments.
