It's all change at the top of the UK's multi-format sales charts this week, with an entirely new top three.

Saints Row IV landed on top of the pile, debuting ahead of the return of Sam Fisher who stealthed into second place in Splinter Cell: Blacklist. Disney Infinity came in third.

The launch of Saints Row IV was the fourth biggest of the year (behind Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite and The Last of Us), and the third number one for Deep Silver (the other two being Dead Island: Riptide and Metro: Last Light).

Nestled in behind the three new entries at the top of the chart, the old guard lingers. Minecraft, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, and FIFA 13 all continue to sell well.

Last week's number one game, Payday 2, tumbled all the way down to eighteenth after a 76% dip in sales, finishing below another new entry, The Bureau: Xcom Declassified (which landed in tenth). Although not listed in the chart below, The Wonderful 101 debuted at twenty-two.
