According to David Goldfarb, Payday 2's game director, there's "a year of DLC planned" for the heist shooter that was released this week.
Goldfarb told Joystiq: "Payday 2 - just like its predecessor Payday: The Heist - is a living thing. We have 5 DLCs planned together with 505 Games for the coming year."
When asked if there were any plans similar to the No Mercy crossover between Left 4 Dead and the original Payday: The Heist, the game director added: "We can't discuss if we have any crossovers planned right now, but we will let you know when/if that should change."
Payday 2 is out now on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, and you can read our review of the game here.
