Ragnar Törnquist turned up at the EA press conference and revealed not only that The Secret World will open up for beta signups on August 26, he also announced that the game will be released in April 2012. So if you're simply dying for a skill-based, action MMO set in an alternative world where every legend and every conspiracy theory are true you don't have to wait for very long.
