The Last of Us survives another week

It's practically Groundhog Day in the UK charts.

For a fourth successive week The Last of Us has retained its position at the top of the multi-format sales charts. It was the first game of 2013 to make it four-in-a-row (Bioshock Infinite and Dead Island: Riptide managed three weeks each), and achieved the feat despite a 46% dip in sales.

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition is still in second, whereas last week's third and fourth placed games swapped over, with the ever-present FIFA 13 sliding back into third and Animal Crossing: New Leaf dropping down a place.

The Last of Us makes it four weeks on top.

Assassin's Creed III jumped back into the top five thanks to a sales promotion, and Bioshock Infinite and God of War: Ascension both re-entered the top twenty. The highest new entry this week was Project X Zone, although it only managed to land in eighteenth.

Other than that the chart remains very similar this week, with little movement to report. Here's the GfK top twenty in full:
